Send each task as a separate message to @notebeeBot. Open the Mini App to view the list and tap a note’s text to mark it as completed.
A small list can work well with a simple tool. Start tasks with a verb and a clear outcome, such as “Send the proposal for review”. Each message becomes an independent note.
Tap a task’s text in the Mini App to cross it off, and tap again to make it active. Completing and deleting are different actions: completion preserves the text; deletion removes it.
In the chat, /notes shows the current note numbers. Use /del followed by a number, such as /del 2, to delete one. Numbers may change after deletions, so check the list first.
Step by step
- Send one message for each task you want to track.
- Open the Mini App and tap the text of completed tasks.
- Review remaining tasks and check /notes before deleting by number.
